We donate to charity for every ticket sold - to the charity each member chooses, or Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH) by default. Each competition sets its own donation per ticket - you'll see the exact amount on the competition's page. Based on our competition entries so far, we're proud to have raised £30,968.30 for charity.
Update to our charity counter: on 26 July 2026 we corrected the charity total. It had been including some entries paid with site credit on our old website which increased it above what was genuinely raised for charity. We have adjusted it to reflect the true amount. Every penny raised is passed to charity in full.
How we give
Our donations are made through Work for Good, which ensures our partnership with our chosen charities is legal and legitimate. We donate in £1,000 chunks, and you can see exactly how much we've given on our Work for Good page.
Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH)
Main charity
GOSH is one of the world's leading children's hospitals, recognised for its exceptional patient care, pioneering treatments and support for children with complex health conditions. A share of every entry helps fund its life-changing work for seriously ill children and their families.
BSAVA PetSavers is the grant awarding arm of the British Small Animal Veterinary Association, and one of few charities dedicated to the study and improvement of pet medicine and surgery. We award funding that enables veterinary surgeons, nurses and academics at all stages of their careers, from students to advanced practitioners/researchers, to undertake vital research into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting pets.
Cancer Research UK is the world’s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving lives through research, influence and information. We support research into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses. This pioneering work has helped save millions of lives.
At Crisis, we help people directly out of homelessness and campaign for the changes needed to solve it altogether. We work with thousands of people experiencing homelessness every year, and provide vital help so that they can rebuild their lives and are supported out of homelessness for good. At the same time, we work with people with lived experience of homelessness, with thousands of Crisis campaigners, allies and politicians to get the lasting change we need to end homelessness.
Mental Health Foundation is the only UK charity solely focused on preventing poor mental health and building and protecting good mental health. Mental health is one of the most important foundations for a healthy and long life, and we believe everyone deserves good mental health. No-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live.
Mental health is not hidden anymore. It’s on the front pages. It’s on the political agenda. It’s discussed at the dinner table. For millions of people, mental health is now something to be honest about – not ashamed of. The Mind community – including our generous funders and supporters – has been at the heart of this transformation. Together, we’ve shown what mental health really looks like, what support makes it better and what needs to change. But there’s still so much more that needs to be done.
The National Autistic Society is the UK’s leading charity for autistic people. We're here for the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families. By running specialist schools, campaigning for improved rights and training companies on being more autism-friendly, we’re building a better future for everyone. Autistic people have shaped our vision and we’ll work with them to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. With your help, we can make our vision a reality.
Oxfam is a partner to communities around the world tackling poverty, recognising that it can occur anywhere, to anyone. We believe that when people come together, change comes about. From our shops popularising the idea of Fair Trade, to world leaders committing to meaningful climate action, there is progress. Hard earned, and hard won, but always driven by the radical belief that acting together is more powerful than standing apart. We’re striving for a world where all of us are empowered with exactly what we need to thrive.
Our mission extends beyond providing immediate support to those in urgent need. We are dedicated to addressing the root causes of the housing crisis, working tirelessly to realise our vision of a home for everyone. Through advocacy, community engagement, and societal change, we strive to ensure that, one day, no one will have to rely on us for help.
With nature in freefall, we’re urgently tackling the underlying causes that are driving the decline – especially the food system and climate change. And we’re finding solutions so future generations have a world with thriving habitats and wildlife.
Battersea is here for every dog and cat, and has been since 1860. Over 160 years, we’ve gone from one home in London to three rescue and rehoming centres across the country and have cared for over three million vulnerable animals.
At the heart of our competitions is a dedication not just to awarding fantastic prizes, but to making a tangible difference. That's why a donation from every ticket purchased goes directly to charity. It's a small act of giving that adds up to significant support for organisations doing life-changing work.
